Online Certificate Course On US Patent Law & Practice

Introduction

Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and The George Washington University (GWU) are jointly conducting the Certificate Course on US Patent Law and Practice.

 

 

Objective of Course

The course teaches fundamentals of patentability, patent prosecution, infringement, and enforcement under the US Patent Laws.

Course Methodology:

  • Course contents downloadable in PDF files to be provided by FICCI at the start of the course
  • Courseware to be taught by Chief Judge Randall R. Rader, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit through 13 recorded sessions of 2 hours each.
  • Online Examination having Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ's)
  • Issuance of Certificates to successful Participants

  • Payment for the Course, as applicable, must be made through Cheque/DD in favour of "FICCI", payable at New Delhi.
  • Application form along with the course fees should be sent to FICCI through courier/speed post, addressed to Ms. Vedika Sidhu , Course Coordinator, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi - 110001.
